Objectives

The Building Science Trust has been in operation since 2012 to provide clients with a premium value building capital planning and building energy design service. The basis of this service are primarily Property Condition Assessments, Energy Audits and Energy Modelling analysis, which are used to identify opportunities for building owners to maximize their facilities' and portfolios' performance. We now offer a planning service to move your existing building (houses included) to Net Zero Energy Consumption (NZB).
